SMALL POSTERS

Parent Sheet Size: 20″x26″

Printable Area: 18″X24″

Film per color: $25.00

LARGE POSTERS

Parent Sheet Size: 26″x40″

Printable Area 24″x36″

Film per color: $40.

Minimum order of 50 pieces on all sizes.
Standard orders have a 3-5 week turnaround from the day we receive final print ready files and payment. *Specialty paper stock, oversized prints or large runs have varying turnaround times.*

SHIPPING

You pay for shipping on orders. All orders are shipped insured UPS GROUND or FEDEX GROUND (unless specified otherwise.)

ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE SEPARATE FROM INITIAL JOB QUOTE
(Shipping fees will be determined when jobs are finished and packaged for transport. Prices will vary depending on weight, quantity and expedition of job.)

RUSH JOBS

Any jobs submitted UNDER A TWO WEEK PERIOD, Will result in an additional fee:
FEE CONSISTS OF INITIAL COST OF JOB PLUS A VARYING PERCENTAGE BASED ON THE DEADLINE STARTING AT 10% OF THE TOTAL. Additional fees will be applied if final artwork is not submitted print ready. Job timeline reflects when final print ready artwork is submitted.

STOCK PAPER

Cougar Smooth Opaque 100 lb. cover in white or natural.

SPECIALTY STOCK

A large variety of specialty paper options are available upon request. Specialty stock varies in price. Please contact for price quote and available options.

INK VARIATIONS

Standard Metallics (Silver / Gold out of the jar) additional $1ea per color.

Standard Fluorescent 1 additional $1ea per color.

Custom Metallics – charged as 2 colors. E.g. If it’s a 3 color poster but 1 color is a metallic it would be charged as a 4 color poster.

Ink Switches – $25 per color

Glow / Split Fountain – $1.00 per sheet
Expecting a “photoshop perfect” gradient is NOT possible as a screen-printed print.
Every single print will vary and the ink will blend differently over the length of the run.

Transparent overprinting – matching PMS/Pantone colors with overprinting is not possible. We can produce secondary colors printing with transparent inks but we can not predict the exact color.

ART SPECS – Digital Files
COLOR SEPARATIONS/TRAPPING/ART TIME
$60 per hour

FILES/ARTWORK
Must be properly separated and trapped. Anything turned in that is not ‘print-ready’ is subject to the $60/hr art charge.
Problematic files or untrapped/unseparated artwork delays the scheduling of your job.

VECTOR FILES
Please convert all fonts to outlines or curves.

RASTER FILES
This means each color needs to be on a separate layer. If you have 3 colors there will only be 3 layers. We can do this for you if you do not know how at $60 per hour, please call us for a quote. Please create your design at 300 dpi or higher, this is very important, anything lower than 300 dpi seriously compromises the clarity of the final print.
