Danie and I were honored to be asked to organize a poster show with some of Seattle’s best poster artists for Sub Pop’s Silver Jubilee celebration held in the Georgetown neighborhood. I think the whole day turned out to be a huge success for everyone involved. We couldn’t thank everyone enough. As a part of the poster show each artist was invited to make a poster for a band playing. We teamed up to crank out prints for some of our current Sub Pop favorites; Metz, Pissed Jeans and J Mascis. The remainder of each edition is now available on the webstore.
Just added a small batch of new shirts we forgot we had printed and dug out of the depths of the shop. These shirts were printed with an inconsistent mix of discharge ink purposely making each one unique. Get ’em while you can!
Spring is here and it’s time to make some room for all the new prints we’ve got coming up! So, we’ve decided to take the plunge and offer a 50% off sale this coming Memorial Day weekend. From Friday at 12am to Monday at 11:59pm, anyone that buys 2 or more items and enters “SPRINGCLEANING” upon checkout will get 50% off their entire order.
the Samothrace tour posters are now up in the store. We only have a very small amount of artist copies available…
In celebration of the my friend’s Joy Wants Eternity playing their last show alongside the great Maserati I put together this print based around common themes and imagery from the last few Maserati albums. In the end I used 6 colors over 4 different screens with a final edition of 45 prints at 18″x24″.
